From Inspection Services, Plan Reviews, Permitting Services to Construction Administration Services. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry along with NFPA and IBC Certifications, CCS has the background and knowledge to provide you with the best results for your building project.

What We Do

Permitting

CCS can help you out with State and Local Code offices with the permitting process. We will obtain the require application and help you get them filled out or obtain the permit for you.
Plan Reviews

CCS can conduct Plan Reviews for permit approvals or provide code analysis of project plans. We are NFPA CFPE Nationally Certified Fire Plans Examiner. We can also provide an analysis for Barrier Free requirements.
Building Inspections

CCS can provide inspections of buildings for local and state code requirements and provide analysis to any corrections that may need to be accomplish for the type of occupancies involved. We hold TPI certifications for the state adopted MUBEC and CFI I National Certification from NFPA.
Construction Administration

CCS can provide Administration Services such as Budget Estimating, Field Inspections, Project Scheduling, and Drafting Services.
