My history is being a partner of a prominent General Contracting Firm in the Greater Bangor area, which included having worked my way up the ladder from Laborer to Lead Carpenter, Superintendent, Project Manager, then to company ownership. Continuation of education has been gained from working in the States Fire Marshal’s Office for the past few years, obtaining the required certifications for the job requirements in the office. This background gives CCS the hardworking experience it takes to be a successful consultant for the building construction industry.

The certifications of CFI I (Certified Fire Inspector) and CFPE (Certified Fire Plans Examiner) gives CCS the expertise to perform Building inspections for compliance with the state adopted Life Safety Code and conduct plan reviews for the state permitting requirements. The CMS Health Care Surveyor Certificate can provide another level of service CCS can perform for the Health Care Industry.
