Building Inspections and Plan Review Services
CCS can perform building inspections and Plan Reviews in order to provide analysis for Owner/Developers, Realtors, Lessees, Municipalities, Financial Institutions, Design Professionals, Contractors and Health Care Facilities to determine if a building or facility meets the requirements of Local and State Fire and Life Safety Codes as well as meeting ADA requirements.
CCS will conduct an onsite survey or Plan Review analysis of the building or space in order to determine if the facility meets the occupancy type and accessibility requirements and provide analysis to the most cost effective solutions in meeting your needs.
Owner/Developers & Financial Institutions: CCS can provide you with the answers you needs on a building or facility before you commit financially to a project.
Realtors: Have CSS do the due diligence it takes before your clients sign on the dotted line.

Municipalities: Need help on building inspections, accessibility requirements or conduct Plan Review analysis? Hire CCS to provide you with the analysis on whether a building meets The current Building, Life Safety Code and Accessibility requirements and provide solutions for the determinations.
